"Very nice entry area. The halls and our room had a musty odor. The sheets did not fit the mattreses properly. So, they kept slipping off upon entering and exiting the bed"

"Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak...

"Room was clean and well maintained, property is newer. Although it’s near a hwy noise level was quiet. Breakfast had limited options and trash was full. Bathroom downstairs didn’t have toilet paper."

"Called ahead to make sure we received rooms with the amenities needed for our Scout trip but when we arrived we were given 3 rooms out of the 4 that did not have kitchenettes. Staff was a bit rude when we brought this up and said they had people living there and they couldn't accommodate us even though we booked the rooms almost 8 months in advance. One room we were initially given was not clean and looked as if they had someone still staying there. We also had issues getting fresh towels and...

"Good pool which was outside. Room spacious not serviced every day. Air conditioning very good. Good beds, frig and microwave. Fairly clean room. A lot of smaller insects flying about that would get into drinks during breakfast. Breakfast was ok with hot items, waffles and typical coffee, milk and juice to drink. Cereal, oat meal, grits all from packets. Bananas and apples, yogart. I noticed several apples were turning bad in bowl. The front desk staff were really good and very helpful! ...

"The property was OK. The room was all right. Bedsheets were a little stained other than that. It was fine."

"Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

"Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised."
