After making a reservation several weeks in advance of the Sugar Bowl, my son and disabled husband did not have a room after midnight upon return from the game!!! The front desk clerk blamed it on the entire cleaning staff quitting earlier that day. However, My Gianna’ husband had tried to check in at 2:00 pm and was told the room wouldn’t be ready until three. That was totally understandable, but not having the room ready after midnight was uncalled for! On top of that, the staff member was only worried about her review on Expedia! She didn’t care that my son and husband had no where to rest! Rather they drive over five hours back home with no sleep in over 24 hours!!! She told them she could possibly have a room rest in an hour and a half or so!!! This is the most ridiculous mess I have ever heard!!! Finally, the clerk was outright disrespectful and not nice regarding a refund! Heck, for all this- we should have been comped several days stay! This is the absolute worse customer service ever experienced!!!!
