"Perfect location for Wembley as only 2 stops on the tube. Place is spotless & the room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again when going to see a concert in Wembley, as I felt totally safe travelling solo from venue back to hotel late at night."

"No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived"

"Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund."

"We visited friends in Harrow so this property was perfect for us in terms of location. Property was very clean and modern. Digital door locks a little awkward. However ok after one or two attempts."

"Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!"
