"Looks great, but you are understaffed for such a large hotel & for what you charge. Valet takes forever & I tried to get food at the cafe and waited in line for 5 min with nobody there. I finally asked the hostess just standing there staring at me if someone works the cafe she said she stepped away she would be back. Waited another 3 min (while she stood there) and we walked away (as did another man standing behind me waiting) & I went to Mcdonalds:( The whole reason I picked your hotel was to...

"It looked nice when driving up to it and they continued once inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk arranged for us to have a shuttle to an event and it is greatly appreciated. The shuttle driver - Country- is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty with the aqua/teal wall and curtains and accents. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. I’m looking forward to breakfast in the morning. "
