"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"It was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. "

"This property is beautiful. The pictures don’t show the beauty and the location on the cliffs! This property is very secure. No one is getting in. Throughout the day and night there is security walking the properties constantly. That is definitely first for me, they were checking both the back and front of the properties constantly. Within the house the kitchen is fully stocked, water hot, a/c in each room and living room and the property was extremely clean. This is a definite choice for anyone...

"O único porém foi que, ao remover a cama do lugar para anexar a outra do quarto, descobrimos uma sujeira acumulada. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito. Quarto grande e confortável, comida de boa qualidade ( não excelente, mas essa é a regra em resorts all inclusive). Piscina linda e praia, quase privativa do hotel, muito boa. Localização excelente, perto de lojas, bares etc."

"Não tinha o quarto como cama King ( reservado ) , dia de chuva vc se molha para ir aos outros restaurantes, aliás , os reais restaurantes ficam no Ziva , Zilara não tem quase nada , e os funcionários não questão nenhuma de ajudar , nem para pegar um guarda chuva , a praia do Zilara é uma lagoa com pedra , ou seja , para a bandeira Hyatt ( a qual conhecemos e damos preferência) nada condiz , e se for “arriscar” sugiro o Ziva pois tudo fica lá "
