"Staff very helpful, room was in a seperate building with a great view of the Thames, however the paintwork is falling away & the sink & bath plugs were broken. Whole place needs a makeover to bring it up to standard. Parking was a nightmare, nowhere to park at the hotel so had to park 500 yards on a housing estate. A lot of people go sailing so a lot of traffic by the hotel. Nice smell of weed as well lol."

"My recent stay at Thatchers Hotel was a disaster. My husband and I stayed there last August and everything was great. I booked a twin bedded room and breakfast for myself and my friend in October 2025. Upon arrival we were allocated a standard double room. Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack!
