"The outside of the hotel is false advertisement to the room I had received for instant it has live in hoodlums working on vehicles in the parking lot ,sketchy looking people just hanging around the outside. Windows were broken and just taped back together, missing floor tiles, unidentifiable stains on roof and walls. But nothing a bulldozer couldn't fix."

"There were no face cloths. Asked housekeepers for some and they did not understand. Had to use hand towels as face cloths. Had to ask to get bed linen changed as sheets were stained when we first arrived. Key cards stopped working multiple times, had to go to front desk to get reactivated multiple times.
