"We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay."

"We were in town for orientation. It was close enough to walk to the university. This way our student could explore the university on his own and walk back from the student only meetings. This gave him a great feel for living in Fayetteville. The restaurants and amenities nearby are amazing. Not to mention the fun decor and fabulous accommodations. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed a fun family game that was provided. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was only one TV in the living room, but it was perfect for movie nights. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place cool. The washer and dryer were a big plus—they allowed us to keep our clothes fresh throughout the trip. There’s only one bathroom, but it was clean and nicely maintained....

"We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. It was very clean and was stocked with everything you need. We didn't use the hot tub but it was very nice and clean. Thank you, Joyce"

"This property was as good as advertised. Easy check in process and great communication with property owner. All the rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. If you are a dog person there is a dog who will come visit and loves to just hang out. The fire pit was great as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for some much needed downtime and relaxation, while enjoying the outdoors. "

We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, shower siap, dish soap, laundry soap and cleaning supplies that were redily available. Beds were very comfortable also. Thanks for a great stay!"
