"Window a/c was full of mold so the apartment smelled musky, no hot water the first night i was there.. the host did have the issues addressed.. bed fell apart in the middle of the night and mattress ended up on the floor… the dishes were not very clean! The dinner is only open 2 evening ls a week"

"We only used the apartment to sleep and shower. We spent most of our time at a family member's house nearby. The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels. I only found one washcloth, so it would have been nice to have more. We just used hand towels instead, so no big deal. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. We didn't use the kitchen, but the counter would be nice to entertain, if needed."

"Good location, to go from a D to a B grade it could use new sheets, replace the cracked toilet seat, clean the blood off the front door, fix the broken board on the entrance stair, buy a replacement freezer door handle for the white Frigidaire refrigerator, put hangers in the closets and steam clean the carpets, probably can be done under $400"
