"Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. "

"One night stay for 2 adults, 4 kids with two rooms. One room had broken furniture and mold in the bathroom. The other had missing lamp shades, the texture in the bathroom was peeling away from the ceiling along with mold as well. We ended up leaving early and can’t comment on the breakfast. Strongly needs attention throughout the building. If you’re looking for a place to take a quick sleep, it’ll suffice."

"The waterpark was one of the selling points for our trip. After getting there, we saw that it was geared more towards children. We didn’t have children with us. We had dinner on site the first night. We ordered the specials. The server was great but didn’t tell us the food that comes with the specials. We orders the cheese sticks that was actually a small cheese pizza. We made a stop at the bar in the lobby. The waitress was very sweet and attentive."

"We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!"

"No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that. "
