"It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was questionable because there was a small kid toy on the floor when we walked in and a wash cloth thrown onto the TV stand."

The property is in a blighted area with a number of abandoned businesses, and from the outside this ABVI also looked abandoned. The worst was the breakfast. They told us it was from 6 to 9. When we got there at 6 no one was there. There was a thermos of coffee from the night before or maybe the night before that. There...

"Property was dated but okay consideting the location. Nice, but unhelpful staff. Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast...

"Everything was really good. I want to give a shoutout to Alaina who checked us in June 6 and also checked us out June 7. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help us if we had any questions or needed anything at all. She made us feel appreciated. Anyone who was a worker said hello with a smile as they saw us. Very nice staff at this property "

"Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub."

"Well apparently the owners do not live on the property but come there quite frequently to do work on the rooms. As far as the state itself the room was comfortable enough the AC got good and cold it did have a microwave and refrigerator"
