"The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! Try using the laundry room but there’s only one dryer and one washing machine so you have to wait hrs to be able to use it, although I appreciate the fact that they actually have a laundry-room instead of having to go to the laundromat. It could use some cleaning as I walked in there it looked like it hadn’t been clean for a long time. Staff very helpful. I asked for the microwave to be replace as it was burned inside and the manager immediately replaced it with...

"The whole hotel was very clean and well kept. Room was quite very large and featured an apartment size refrigerator with a freezer a microwave and a dishwasher. Also dishes and utensils. parking was very good."
