"O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum. "

"The room was dirty, the sheets had stains, and the “clean” towels had hair on them."

"Room reserved already occupied when we opened the room door...embarrassing to the occupants and to us. Felt not secure staying at this hotel. Had to drive 90 miles round trip to secure available hotel rooms. Not to confident in Expedia's high rating of this hotel."

"Our stay from Oct 2nd-4th was wonderful and Brian at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful I would definitely recommend staying here"

"Hotel was very clean, staff was kind, but bed not very comfortable. Pillows were rather flat. Agreed to take king size room for my family, but they didnt have bedding in my room for sofa bed...back to lobby. Then diacovered only 2 towels for 3 people....back to lobby. Shower water pressure was not good, anD quite a bit of rust stain from water on drain. Stay was fine, just not quiet what I have come to expect feom Holiday Inn."

"Hotel bom"

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

"It was ok"
