"Very homey!! I would most definitely recommend and when I come back to town I hope I can get this place again!!"

"Great house, just what we needed."

"Super cute house!! Quite neighborhood. Very clean. Host was extremely fast to get back to me when I reached out about a concern. Parking was great. Will definitely recommend this house and host for family who visits."

"Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn."

"Great communication with host, clean, convenient and exactly as advertised."

"The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank...

"This property fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our 3 day stay in the area."

"Sold home in NY needed a place to stay for a few days while the sale completed. This house was perfect for our needs. Owners may need to look in to a new cleaning company. Floors were so dirty I mopped them myself 4 times . Mop water was black. The house itself is very cute and location was perfect."

"I realistically only booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was down for maintenance. They do not have do not disturb signs on their doors so it was a little frustrating when staff knocked on the door multiple times after I said no thank you and then they came back and knocked more. I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep! The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. However, I do not recommend spending $68 for the ribeye. It had no seasoning."

"Superou expectativas. Cama e banheiros excelentes"

"Our hotel room was so gross. There were stains on the curtains the bedding and the bathroom was falling apart. I never stay here except all the other hotels were booked. I do not recommend this place. The staff seem to be working but the whole place needs an overhaul."

"Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. Heating the room and water more thoroughly would have made it more enjoyable. If looking for a solid night's rest I would advise requesting a room away from the elevators that make a loud...

"The manager, Thomas, was nice enough to hold my room after Lufthansa cancelled my first (of 3) flight, He alerted the staff to my late check in. The spacious room was clean and comfortable. The young man at breakfast was cheerful and helpful; great to find eggs, sausage and the fixings for a breakfast burrito, plus packets of uaker Oatmeal."

"I arrived a couple of hours upon check in time. Asked if I could get an early check in. They said there was a $25 fee. Whenever I stay at Hampton Inn they waive that fee. I was then told unless I was a Hilton member there was nothing they could do. And since I booked through a third party(expedia) they mad me feel like a second class citizen. The shower was like warm at best, the toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush, just to get toilet paper down. The parking lot is filled...

"The hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location was great, but our room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, which is a disappointment considering the price. Also, the pet walk area is very small."
