Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the seventeenth-floor beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the seventeenth-floor north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
SECOND FLOOR
Two master suites offer a perfect getaway for large family gatherings. The second master suite is located on the second floor of this beachfront penthouse. The second-floor master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the eighteenth-floor beachfront balcony. The master bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom has two double beds, private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and private access to the eighteenth-floor north balcony.
