RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet.

Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents.

Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs.
