Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer "Skys Edge", The most desired unit at Palms of Destin.

Located in tower 2 of the West Towers, our recently remodeled 1,455 sq ft. Condo has three full bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds with one bedroom having a full mattress. The condo has two full baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and washer/dryer all for guest use. There is a leather sleeper sofa in the living area. Recently installed ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, and all new flat panel TV's installed. Located on the 11th floor, the stunning gulf views and large patio will not disappoint!

Please note that our condo and balcony are NO SMOKING. Do not, under any circumstance smoke in our condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on our property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 fine (Marijuana, E-Cigarettes, Vapes, Tobacco).

Guest access
The Palms is a resort property that houses a newly renovated 11,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, kid’s pools, splash pad, and hot tub all with beautiful tropical landscaping. This zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! The resort also offers a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball court, children's playground and parking garage. Access to these facilities is included with your reservation at no additional fee. The Palms Bistro is a sit down on-site restaurant that also serves food and drinks poolside in the prime season!

Other things to note:
It is currently easiest to access the beach at Henderson Beach State Park which is only a two-minute drive. The Palms also operates a free shuttle for guests during peak season that stops at beaches and other points of interest. All guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check-into the Palms, unless accompanied by parents. ID is required at Check-in.

We provide 6 beach chairs and umbrella (located in the master closet) for guest use at the beach.

Our cleaning fee includes our cleaning charge per stay as well as front desk fees.

Please note, we will under all circumstances follow our stated cancellation policies. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
