Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, this uniquely offered home is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons and only a few miles away from the Silver Sands Factory Outlets and Destin Harbor. Unwind at the end of the day on either one of the wraparound porches on the first and second levels, while you enjoy the sunset and watch the rest of your family and friends entertaining themselves in the huge private yard.

Inside you are greeted by an expansive open concept design that allows for plenty of space for your big group. The living area, kitchen, and dining area open to each other so the everyone can be a part of the conversation and entertainment.
Located just behind the kitchen and away from the living area, is a downstairs master bedroom option with a huge private bathroom. This downstairs master option has a King Bed and enough space to utilize the luxury rated rollaway single bed in the walk in closet.
The laundry room featured behind the custom barn door features front loading HE washer and dryer and additional refrigerator for overflow with larger groups. Just off the kitchen is another entry/exit way with a mudroom and half bath that lead you to the huge private yard next door. You are free to enjoy this space as we own both the home and this open lot next door.

The second floor offers a long hallway with the upstairs master at one end. The expansive master suite stretches the width of the house and features the only door to the private wraparound balcony upstairs. This room also features enough space for the luxury rated rollaway bed tucked away in the oversized walk in closet.
Another unique feature to this home is the third bedroom upstairs that also spans the width of the house. The room is the same size as the upstairs master suite with it's own walk-in closet. This 3rd master bedroom features a queen bed but does share a bathroom with the 4th bedroom.
*We are in the process of updating the 3rd master and are unsure if a twin size loft will be used in this room. There will be two luxury rated rollaway beds provided for this room to offer at least 4 total sleeping options in the 3rd bedroom. If we add the loft then this room would sleep 5 total.
The fourth bedroom (3rd upstairs) features a queen bed with a twin sized loft positioned perpendicular to the queen bed. This room will sleep a total of 3.

If your group needs to utilize all 15 sleeping options, a day bed and trundle with 10 inch memory foam mattresses will be available in the living space on the first level.

The spacious layout of each room ensures that your group of up to 15 has plenty of space to unwind without crowding one another.

We will be updating many of the items in the home before the home becomes available and will update with pictures once everything is in place. We plan to update the TVs and mount most if not all of them for viewing pleasure. We will be providing a Weber Genesis 310 Propane grill for your grilling convenience and will provide some form of additional outdoor seating and dining.
