Great Stay!

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband, and our son. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay including very comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and perfect bathrooms. My absolute favorite part of our stay was relaxing on the nice size balcony, which offered a variety types of lounging chairs, and enjoying the amazing views & sounds of the emerald-green Gulf. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Our stay in Destin was absolutely wonderful! The unit was beautiful, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to accommodate our changes and even offered flexibility with our checkout, which we truly appreciated.The smaller resort was a breath of fresh air, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The quick access to the beach was a lifesaver with the kids, making our beach days stress-free. The heated pool and hot tub were also well-maintained and never overcrowded, which was a huge plus.Overall, this was one of our best VRBO experiences, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Getaway

Rick's place is immaculate and up to date. Perfect place to watch the dolphins on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Very peaceful and quiet place.

Stress free time

I have been staying at this property for many years. They have really made some nice improvements on the building and pool area and the landscaping. The condo we stayed in had also done some remodeling. This property is the best location and has great beach umbrella guys!

Location location location!!

Can't beat the views and location! The condo has everything you need and is beautiful. We took advantage of the short beach walk to The Back Porch.....I think we were there about every day. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing

This was our first time to Destin and Ricks condo did not disappoint. Pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location with direct beach access. Property well kept and with amenities. For a family of 5 with small kids this was perfect. We were able to cook breakfast and enjoy beach with included beach services. Then come make lunch and head straight back to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful with the clearest water and softest sand. We were also able to enjoy the pool and hot tub which were both also amazing. We hope to be back, this was definitely a family favorite vacation spot.

Perfect family getaway

Rick was so accommodating in letting us get into the condo early. We have a 2 year old and it really helped getting a place for a nap (iykyk) He had everything you could need. We cooked a few days and didn’t lack any supplies. The beds were very comfortable and views great. Family friendly people were there as well. Extremely clean. Couldn’t recommend enough. The only thing we didn’t find were any beach towels so remember to bring tour own. If you have toddlers, I will say the waters here were a little more rough and didn’t have a calm sand bar like we’ve had in other condos. Not a negative to this listing just something to note if you have little ones.

Rent at Sterling Sands, Destin, FL.

This condo could not have been better for our visit to Destin. From initial contact with the property owner through to the end of our stay, all information was quick, clear, complete and very friendly. The location was perfect; second floor right on the ocean with two sets of patio doors, with plenty of chairs and tables on the balcony was extra special. The entire unit was spotless, updated and had all the conveniences we are accustomed to. Access to the condo, the beach, the pool and the fitness center couldn’t be easier. The enhanced security measures are nice, but certainly didn’t feel the need - we were comfortable and at ease day and night. The location is excellent, close to all the local attractions and within walking distance to many. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
