This spacious 6-bedroom paradise is located on a unique corner lot with a sprawling yard, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Dive into the luscious private pool or soak up the beautiful weather while relaxing on one of the ample sun loungers decorating the pool deck. 



 Step into this bright and open home, where the spacious layout encourages connection and comfort. The living room boasts a large sectional, perfect for group movie nights, while dual dining tables and additional barstool seating in the sleek kitchen offer ample room for meals and conversation. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the oversized walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage.



Large, picturesque doors open onto a stunning outdoor deck, ideal for entertaining and enjoying the view. Inside, the home continues to impress with two expansive king suites, each featuring private attached bathrooms. The first master suite is a true retreat, with a luxurious spa-like bathroom complete with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, and generous closet space. The second king suite offers its own attached bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo for ultimate convenience. Rounding out this level is a spacious laundry room equipped with a smart washer and dryer.



Bonaire takes family fun to the next level with a game room featuring twin-over-twin bunk beds, a trundle, foosball, and an arcade console—it's sure to be a favorite hangout for guests of all ages! The sixth bedroom offers an additional set of bunk beds, while the remaining three bedrooms each feature comfortable king-sized beds for restful nights.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service: Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st- Oct 31st. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up at the Crab Trap by LDV.



Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Pool Heat: We offer pool from October 1st - May 1st. The private pool can be headed for an additional $75 per day/$525 per week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay)



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. 









Concierge Services: Our concierge can assist with suggestions for golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other services prior to your visit or during your stay. Make the most of your vacation in the Panhandle!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home (With the exception of locked owner closets). 3 days prior to anticipated arrival day to the home a check-in email will be sent to the email address on file. This email will contain all the information you will need during your stay such as door code, WI-FI information, Gate Codes etc. All of our homes are keyless entry homes with door codes auto-generated new for each guest and will remain active throughout your stay. Homes are self check-in. Check-in time is 3pm central time and we do ask that no guest arrive to the home to include the driveway of the home prior to 3pm unless early access has been granted by an office staff member.



Other Things to Note:

This home has a propane grill. 2 full tanks are provided for our guests. If these need to be filled during guest stays, please give the office a call/text and we will provide fresh tanks for you. Grilling tools are located inside the homes kitchen to protect them from the outdoor elements.



Indoor linens are provided for guest stays. This includes bathing towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided. Indoor towels are not to be used outside of the home or to clean up spills. Stains/loss of linens will result in fines.



Interaction with Guests:

While in house, we prefer guests communicate with us directly. Our office staff is always available 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. Calling or texting our office will ensure that any issues that may present during your stay are able to be remedied quickly.



We pride ourselves in our guest services, so we always encourage our guests to reach out to us. We are also available via direct email. We love this platform, however messages sent through this system do not come to our office directly. This means a delay/pause in response time, which we do not want for our guests.
