    Holiday Surf 609 has recently been updated with a brand new kitchen that not only looks amazing but opens up the unit entirely. New dining room furniture, king size bedroom mattress, big screen TV and tile floors throughout make this a super rental.

    Enjoy the magnificent views of Destin`s beach as you sit back and relax on your large private balcony and enjoy the spectacular views of the white sand beach and sparkling Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. did we mention - we are directly located on our very own Private, White Sand Gulf Beach. Fabulous, great location, very clean, beach was most beautiful. They have a laundry area that was clean. Overall whole building and gounds were a 10/10!! We will be back!

Amazing View

The condo was very clean and well furnished. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach set up included two chairs and an umbrella, which was provided daily for no extra charge. The building was in a quiet neighborhood, off the main road. You will need to drive if you plan on going out to eat or do local activities, besides visiting the beach.

Vacation 2023

I thought this condo was a good fit for my partner and I. I loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to rent a umbrella and two beach chairs all included. It was close to all the stores and restaurants. It was reasonable priced as well.

Beautiful location

Overall the place was wonderful! Only complaint was the bathroom had some mold in the grout that made the bathroom look dirty. However, the condo otherwise was very clean and comfortable! The view of the beach was great! All the staff were also very kind!

Perfect Getaway

This property is right on the beach. You can walk from your room to the beach in 3 minutes. The property is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly. The location is perfect—-just a short drive to restaurants. We have stayed at this property twice and hopefully will stay many more times!

Reviewer Comments: condo #609 was very very clean and organized views of the pool and beach were spectacular fully stocked kitchen plenty of room for 2 adultsand even a child.. one of the elevators was down but once repaired it worked like a charm the 6 days we stayed.. paid washer and dryer on 4th floor but work very well..highly recommended and will go back.. smoking and grilling (charcoal) area out in front of the building..

Nice view of the beach !

This condo just needs a few upgrades. The kitchen has been updated but the bathroom desperately needs to be done. The air unit is very loud when it turns on. New paint wouldn’t hurt but our stay consistent mainly on the beach and that was beautiful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at HSRC a total of 3 times now and condo 609 was disappointing to say the least in comparison to the cost. The bathtub was completely clogged and smelled horrible when we arrived,, we had no washcloths, the unit was outdated and not the cleanest and overall it had a funky foul odor.

Nice visit but poor communication

We just finished staying at this location for the first time after usually staying near Sandestin area. The room was for the most part pretty solid, great views of the ocean! If you are looking for a sunset view, unfortunately this condo doesn't provide that view. Upgraded kitchen and living room area, however, the bedroom and bathroom definitely need an upgrade. The bathroom doesn't even have a toilet paper holder.My biggest concern was lack of communication from management. We checked in on Saturday and didn't know that evening they would be coming by to swap out the modem/cable for the room. It wasn't until one of our family members was startled on Saturday evening by four men wanting to come in and do their work, they told her we were notified and received an email that day. She asked if they could come back on Sunday since she didn't feel comfortable by herself. The next morning on Sunday I received a text that were first on the list to get the work done (lucky us on our first morning to get interrupted), I asked if they could come later and they said ok. When we came back, the work was done but they didn't lock the door behind them.After mentioning this to the management, they said we were notified on that day and a few days earlier, we weren't. I can respect the work that has to be done but it would have been nice to know when they were coming.We'll come back and enjoy the beautiful views, just not sure if it will be here.
