A beautiful private one bedroom , private bathroom and private kitchen apartment with much more than the essentials. A bright and clean space that is an updated Denton stay. Centrally located to everything that Denton has to offer including Denton Square, TWU and UNT for a weekend gateaway.
Including a screened in Gazebo in the backyard which allows for a unique, relaxing experience.

We love our home away from home. it's has an optimal location that we personally chose to furnish and decorate with joy, love and positive energy in mind.

It's just a couple blocks away from amazing restaurants, BBQs, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Just minutes away from Denton Square, Texas Woman's University and the University of North Texas.


Two private keyless entries from the main house with a modern kitchen and bathroom with essential necessities provided. Super comfortable queen-size bed with new soft cotton bedding that will accommodate up to two people comfortably with options for a third. You'll have access to high-speed internet and Roku TV, Keurig coffee maker and a community washer/dryer. Including a screened in Gazebo in the backyard which allows for a unique, relaxing experience.

Limited covered parking is available with additional parking spots available next to the house and on the street.

The stay was fine but this was not the property presented online. Where I stayed was acceptable but did not look as nice as the place being advertised - it was not modern. Different address. Only informed about change of location on arrival day.

If it wasn’t for the awful time we had with communication then I would have had no problem giving all the stars in the world but the lack of communication was horrible. I rented the place for my daughter whom is a college student at TWU. For roughly 2 hours I tried to get in touch with the host for the check in information. It’s somewhere around 730 or so when I finally gave up and got in touch with VRBO customer service who then gets in touch with the host. I had messaged the host and even called the number to speak to the host and left a voicemail and nothing. Phew at least it worked though.. NOT! My daughter and her friend finally make it to the property at roughly 1040 at night. This is after a full 9 hour work day and driving several hours. Imagine my momma heart and mind when my daughter calls me at 1030 in a panic. Guess what the door code was wrong! I will say the host did promptly answer the phone and give my daughter the correct code. Come to find out the Internet code/ box name wasn’t right either so now my daughter can’t submit her homework assignment and do last minute things she needed. We didn’t bother calling about the Internet because at that point she was over it. I was told the issue was because we booked the day before and was told by customer service it was to do with not having 36 hours in advanced. My daughter doesn’t always know when she has to go on campus. She would be willing to stay again if the communication was better.

Overall this property was great for what we needed. Husband and wife traveling to visit friends. We elected to use services like uber or lift to get around. However it was only a 30 minute walk to the square. If you are not a custom to firm mattresses you will want to pack something for back pain. The pillows were great however. The shower is

We enjoyed this cozy place. Was close by the Denton high school where my husband was doing a Turkey roll bike race. Was neat and clean.

Family emergency and did not respect

I’m a veterinary student and came to Denton to do a clinical Externship for my veterinary program. I had reserved this Vrbo for two weeks and then had a family emergency after the first night. My 100% disabled dad needed my assistance, so I had to cancel my clinical externship. I told the hosts that I had a family emergency. They communicated to me that I would get a refund for the nights I was not staying in the Vrbo if we were able to get it posted again. I worked to get it posted again on the app while also trying to get home as quickly as possible. Since I am in vet school, I do not have the spare money to spend and was hoping to get my refund back. Through the following weeks, I tried to contact them to see if they would respect what we had agreed upon. They did not. I paid for two weeks of staying in the Vrbo for only one night because I had to go assist my disabled father. I would also not recommend this location to anyone alone. It is an apartment style in a sketchy area and I do not believe that is well advertised. The front door to the apartment does not close well and seems like it could be easily broken into.

Double booked

Unfortunately the host double booked the house I planned to stay in so they relocated me to a different house and I didn’t like the location as much. There was a train track right outside that was so loud all night. And they didn’t turn on the hot water so I didn’t get a hot shower.

Extremely unclean and not private at all

Immediately upon entering the unit I was given I smelled a strong mildew smell and it only took a few minutes of investigation to find that the entire shower seat and shower floor were covered in pink and black mold to the point that it smelled too strong to use the bathroom. If you look on the listing photos you can begin to see some of the mold forming, however it has progressed significantly from even that photo. Additionally, the fire alarm was out of batteries and beeping right outside of the bedrooms which is not only a hazard, but highly disruptive. The space is completely shared, so do not have expectations of privacy.

The room was much larger than expected. The separate kitchen area was great. It has an outdoor area as well that we were able to enjoy. Everything was decorated and inviting. It was a great place to stay.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and economical. Comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Kitchen is very nice and off street parking. Very short distance to move suitcases, etc. to apartment. Short drive to wonderful downtown city square area. Wide assortment of dining places a short drive away.

This place was so cute & so perfect!! The hosts were amazing & never took too long to answer my questions/messages, the place was clean & quiet, nice neighborhood, and so much more. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

very cozy great shower

This place was just perfect for my needs. The shower was amazing and the bed was good not to hard or to soft. I loved the kitchen even though I didn't really get to use it other than to make coffee. There was only one hiccup the wifi didn't work I never could get it to come up, But all in all this place was great. Oh and there is a great taco place right around the corner!! I will most assuredly stay again next time I have to be in Denton

Great Staycation Getaway

The place is cute, neighborhood is quiet and the hosts were so polite and friendly. We will definitely be keeping this little spot in mind next time we need a little getaway. We absolutely loved it!!!
