"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of towels, a basket of toiletries if you forgot something, and WiFi works great. Plenty of parking and nice back yard. Thank you for the enjoyable stay."

"This home was really cute and cozy! It was close to a lot of things. We took an uber everywhere and we usually didn’t have to wait long. We were here in early October. Bonnie is an outstanding host! She is very prompt to respond and very helpful. The nearby beaches are a must see, as is Chatham Pier! Downtown shopping is full of great shops! Everyone in the area was so very friendly! "
