"Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

"The property was perfect. Fenced in large back yard, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everythjng. House was clean & neat neat "

"The house is accurately listed - easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was nice to have a yard with seating, hammock and shade for a break from the beach. The shed was stocked with bikes, chairs and some toys. Bikes are old and had flat tires, but I borrowed a pump from a local shop and got 3 out of the 4 ridable. We would stay here again!"

"No surprises. The photos are accurate. Gabriel responded to any questions in a timely fashion, check-in/check-out was easy and the place was clean. The living room is quite large and comfortable and the kitchen has a great counter and a table that easily accommodates six for dining.I would not hesitate to book again. There is also a large backyard. "

"House was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.we loved the fireplace and the large deck was great.we walked to Hardings beach in the morning.Highly recommend this vacation home"

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"
