"Cape Cod girls trip 2025! Great little condo! Clean & the end unit! Ocean view from our deck & kitchen! Private beach was fantastic! Yiping Ding was great he checked in with us at arrival & departure, very nice man! We felt very safe in this area and no one touched our beach stuff which we left outside our door. The condo was very well equipped. I highly recommend this rental!"

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! "

Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. "We had a good relaxing time at this house. Great location right on the beach. The home is older but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very good restaurants nearby that had tasty oysters on the half shell for half off during happy hour. The beach is nice and clean with little traffic."

"The cottage was exactly as pictured! It was clean and comfortable. Linens and furniture were high quality. The location was fantastic, in walking distance to coffee, bakery, pizza, seafood and live music. Under 10 minute drive to grocery stores (highly recommend Ring Brothers Market). Nice street walks with our dog. We walked to the closest beach with chairs, towels and beach cart provided by the host and it was so wonderful! Soft sand, surprisingly warm water, and a seal visited close to shore....

"My family and I were very excited for our first beach vacation in Dennis Port, and Susan and Mark's condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spacious enough for our family of four, including an 11- and 13-year-old, to live comfortably, and everything was clean and well-stocked.
