Beautiful Corner Unit, full one bedroom with King bed/ one bath with full kitchen located at the Grove Condominium. Spacious living area with large led tv and wifi. The one bedroom Corner unit has extra Windows. Walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave. Outdoor Heated Pool. The Best Location around and it includes free parking.

Can rent weekly or monthly or as few as 4 nights.

Beach is a Block away and steps to famous Atlantic Avenue. Located next to the Ocean front Marriott.

Full kitchen with appliances. On site laundry facilities. Stay here for a fraction of the price of the Marriott and enjoy this corner unit full one bedroom 675 square foot apartment in the Grove Condominium Building.

Location is great, but…

The doors were covered in black fingerprints. Bathroom shower curtain smelled bad. The photos show updated part from 90’s. The rest has not been updated since it was built. Communication was poor with Internet links were not updated by own.

Smelly Delray get away

We have stayed in Del Ray before and enjoyed the beach community. Upon enetering the unit is smelled very strongly of MOLD. We opened what windows we could. Most of them had large holes in the screens and turned the dehumidifyer on which was turned off for some reason. Then our focus was the rug that had stains completely covering it. Just throw it out! The base boards throughout the unit.were completely chipped and dirty. The utility closet was never closed and things kept falling out of it. It looks like they have done some updating, but could touch up with some paint. The manager told me there was an oven. There was NO oven. There was no BBQ for our building. The TV partially worked the remote was so disgusting we ended up covering it with plastic. We brought a firestick to use with the TV and were never able to use it because of the crazy way they have the cable hooked up. The courtyard was nice, but there really wasn't an area outside our unit to have coffee and hang out. When we went to bed there was so much fabric softener on the sheets it was overwhelming. We had to air out the bed before we could get in it and I slept with a face mask on to cover the overpowering smell. For almost 300 a night with taxes and fees we won't be back

Great location

We stayed in the flat for just over a week. The location is terrific, on the Ocean side of the bridge and perfect for bike riding or the beach. You can walk everywhere. We brought our bikes and explored the area from Delray down to Pompano Beach. The flat had enough kitchen equipment and linens for the two of us. Plenty of hot water in shower. Washing machines worked well- just bring enough quarters. The WiFi was weak and not suitable for someone who needs to have a solid connection for work.

Location!!!!

Wonderfull 1 bedroom condo. as advertised, second time staying here. We stayed for a month and wished we had more time. Highly recommend this except in March when we plan on returning every year. Very Happy

We did not stay

We arrived on property on Jan 1. The appearance did not match the listing photos . The windows were covered with plastic and tape and metal that looked like cages . The pool looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or used for a very long time . The condo smelled and it was as if they poured bleach all over to mask the odor and then we were unable to ventilate because the windows were taped shut . The place was extremely small and the clever use of photography made the place seem much larger , cleaner and more functional . We thought we were spending a week there and able to fully cook and do laundry as needed. However , there were clothes lines where the neighbors were hanging laundry . Apparently it was a community laundry requiring quarters and supervision. We took photos and left the condo asap to look for a hotel and once we got settled we contacted the host . We were transparent with our complaints and requested a immediate refund. We did go back to take more photos and 2 days later we saw men all over cleaning , painting , taking down the plastic and Tape off windows, drained pool .. etc and so we took more photos . This obviously struck a cord in combination when we mentioned going to the fire department across the street . At this time we have not received refund and we have contacted a attorney .

You can’t beat the location. Sadly we walked in and there was a pile of debris in front of utility closet and the door would not close. The mattress on the bed was terrible. It was so saggy that the sheets couldn’t be pulled tight. There were no blankets so we used some bedspreads from the utility closet. They were dirty. The pillow case had blood stains. The thin comforter was dirty and in need of a duvet cover. There was only a lamp on one side of the bed. The kitchen was a good kitchen. Everything you need. Shower worked well. Tv worked well.

Great location! Adequately stocked with kitchen, bath, and beach supplies. Great communication with property manager - appreciated getting in a little early! We will definitely be back. We love the easy access to beach, Atlantic Ave restaurants, and shopping. Thank you!

A great stay!

We were so pleased with our stay at the Grove. Erica and Robert made the process so easy and seamless. They were very informative and so helpful as we had a flight change that extended our stay..Excellent location, steps to the beach and downtown dining. The cottage was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. The seating area/ patio was quiet and flowers/ plants were so pretty. The pool is great, very clean and legit heated..it was so great to relax and was overall a great getaway. We loved our stay in this cottage and hope to.come back!

Great Delray Beach location

Great beach spot

My second time at this unit. Great location. Very short one block walk to the beach. Large number of great restaurants on E Atlantic Ave within walking distance as well. Clean unit. Would absolutely recommend this spot in Delray.

Verify the beach towels when you arrive

The reservation process was smooth and the manager answered all my questions thoroughly and timely. When we arrived, we had trouble with the wifi code provided, and the manager solved the problem very quickly, for which we were most grateful. The location of the apartment is phenomenal with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool at the back of the complex was wonderful, uncrowded, and convenient for people who love to swim or relax in the sun. The kitchen made it easy to dine on take-out meals or prepare simple meals. While we didn't use the range, the coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven were much appreciated. And the short walk to Atlantic Avenue offered a plethora of dining opportunities, either for outdoor dining or take-out meals, as we are not currently dining in indoor restaurants due to worry about Covid. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of electrical outlets for plugging in our items that require chargers such as phones, tablets, and computers. The only three improvements to the apartment that I think would make it more comfortable would be more hooks to hang towels for drying so that bath towels and beach towels could be hung. Also, a second lamp in the bedroom on the right side nightstand would make it better for the person who sleeps on the right side. Fortunately, my partner is easygoing and let me have the side with the lamp. And third, possibly a shower that is a handheld since the shower head isn't adjustable and doesn't rinse very well. All in all, It was a lovely stay which was unfortunately saddened by learning about an extra unexplained charge after we returned home, without any communication, because the manager believed there was a missing beach towel. We believe we received three, and left three there, and they believe we were given four at the beginning. After a seven day stay, we can't verify what was there when we arrived. We can only be sure that we left there what we were given and definitely did not take any home with us. I have since suggested to the manager that an inventory list be provided to renters so they can verify the quantity of every inventoried item when they arrive, so there will be no dispute at the end of their stay. Other than this circumstance, it was a lovely vacation and I highly recommend this unit and Grove Vacation Apartments. It was much more mellow and relaxing than the myriad of hotels I've stayed at in Delray Beach and truly felt like a vacation.

Location location location!

I’ve stayed in the complex before but this unit was renovated and much nicer. 5 minute walk to the beach and the Avenue is within walking distance as well. Will definitely book this unit again!

Perfectly located

We had a fabulous stay at the grove in Delray beach! This place is so perfectly located to easily walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants on Atlantic ave. The bed was comfortable and the communication with the property owner/manager was smooth. The couch could have been more comfortable, and some of the outside furniture shared by the community needed repair, but all in all a great inexpensive stay that was perfect, particularly if you want to easily walk to the beach and other great spots. I would certainly consider staying again.
