"The house was beautiful and so well equipped. The only minor suggestion I have would be to update instructions cards about parking. The laminated instructions stated that extra cars should’ve parked on culdesac but later learned that we needed to park on guest parking by mailboxes. Other than that minor confusion everything was great. The house is comfortable, decorated nicely, conveniently located and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent again. "

"The house and location was wonderful. In a very quiet community. The community offered a gym, pool and tennis courts. We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the shuttle system to the beach was a life saver. It was a clean place and we all enjoyed having our own privacy space in the house. Steven was very responsive. "

There was plenty of parking and the garage was very convenient. The house met all our needs and was able to accommodate everyone. The only inconveniences we had to work around was having a dining table for only 5 people and using the extra mattress on the floor.
