"The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."

It has been beautifully renovated with many modern amenities including updated appliances, light switches, hvac thermostat, & a newer deck & railing. It offered sheets, towels, extra blankets, pillows, & comforters, & laundry supplies - these are definitely all pluses & not usually included when renting. "From the booking all the way to check out was an excellent experience. The home is even better than the pictures & communication was prompt and above helpful. Everything you think you may need in a home is here. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons for a lacrosse tournament. It was nice to not be in the middle of all the chaos near the fields, but close enough to get to the boardwalk. The owner has a binder with information on local restaurants, things to do, etc. The only thing that put us off was...

"The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him.
