For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password)...
