"We stayed at this place during memorial day weekend for four nights, paid avg 259/night about 1200 total. First the good, the property is located at a higly walkable area with restaurants, parks, shops etc. One of the few places that had free parking and breakfast included. The bad, the rooms have eclectic decoration style, however the layout is very inconvenient for a multi night stay. "There were several restaurants, a wonderful grocery store, and of course the beach were all within walking distance. The staff were extraordinarily attentive. The muffins for breakfast were dry on one day and amazing on the next. The room didn't have any hand or body lotion like I'm used to seeing in most hotels, but the proximity to the ocean made it less of a necessity. "
