"Great condo, it had everything we needed for our beach vacation over the 4th of July. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a cart, and games, as well as extra towels and all the utensils you need to cook. The air flow on the second floor was plenty to cool the unit with no A/C, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a small high top and chairs out front to enjoy the views, and the walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. We will definitely be looking to stay here again."

"We loved being close enough to the beach that we could go back and forth. House was perfect for me and my family! We cooked dinner one night on the bbq and were pleasantly pleased that we had EVERYTHING we needed up to the charcoal. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is the second time we stayed here and this time we stayed for 32 days. Everything was done to make our stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. Carol and Paul were outstanding hosts and couldn't have been better. Location was also outstanding. Walk to restaurants, beaches, and access to trails and all San Diego has to offer.The Torry Pines Preserves ,minutes away, have world class trais with breathtaking views. To cap it off, a protected 25 plus mile bike trail is less than a half mile...

"We had a very nice stay in June 2025. Beds are comfortable, water for showers has good pressure and gets hot. Kitchen is well stocked with various appliances. Plenty of separate spaces for watching tv or hanging out without commandeering the space for all, but still room to all hangout together. Very nice! The location has great driving access to beaches and downtown san diego, which was perfect for us. Nearby eateries, grocery store and gas station made things easy. We loved Sea Grove...

"Our family of 8 adults were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Del Mar area restaurants.The only recommendation would be to improve the beach chairs, umbrella toys. Most of what is there isn’t useable. But overall a great stay and we would visit again."

"SUPER! We were a family of 13, 5 kids 3-12 and 6 adults. The house is old but not yucky old. It is great! Fully stocked, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every shower including the TWO in the garage! There is tons of beach equipment including sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards AND fins! The kitchen is also totally stocked with cooking stuff and eating stuff. The TWO refrigerators were great too! All rooms had nice beds with clean linens and PLENTY of bathroom towels AND beach towels!...

"Não fica perto da praia, mas sim da falésia. Precisa andar 1 km ou ir de carro à praia. Não empresta cadeiras e guarda-sol. Atendimento péssimo. Não arrumam o sofá cama para as crianças. Arrumação do quarto péssima, num dia esquecem de arrumar, no outro não deixam toalhas. Quiseram me cobrar 50 dólares para antecipar o check-in das 16 horas para as 13 horas. Péssimo custo-benefício."
