"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"This property is in a great location! It was clean and beds were super comfy. 3 full baths were great for 4 women. We were really disappointed to find out the balcony is not usable. That is one of the main reasons we booked this place. The owner needs to update the pictures on VRBO to indicate the balcony is under maintenance."

"I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....
