"Great location, updated decor, spacious clean interior, easy parking (& entry around back of building), responsive host, nice to have coffee and pasty shop downstairs but it's not noisy. Very comfortable...even has a small view of the river. Wish we could stay longer!!!"

"Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for easy access to adorable downtown Saint Charles. It’s quite roomy and very clean and new inside despite being an old building. It was a great stay for my family of 2 adults and two teens, who used the upstairs loft as their own private hangout. Having parking included is very convenient. "Girlfriend weekend away perfect location. Everything was directly out our door. We walked we shopped we ate at all the amazing restaurants on Main Street. Rejuvenation to the soul. Extra special for the additional things provided like the Keurig pot with Keurig, coffee and sugar and a tea box just very thoughtful.We already have the same loft booked for the festival of the Little Hills this weekend and we’re really looking forward to it"

"The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs...

"The apartment was easy to find. Parking lot was small. There was available parking on the street. The refrigerator made noise when running. I texted the manager and received a immediate response. They had someone come and look at refrigerator while we out of apartment. When we returned the refrigerator still made the noise. "
