"The place is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed to make meals was there. Great coffee selection too. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom has been remodeled and is very nice. Two air conditioners and two TVs, living room and bedroom. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. The host responds very quickly to every request or question. We really enjoyed it. "

"Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double...

"We came in from Virginia for the Bike week event The host was very kind and responsive in a very timely manner , great little apt fitting for us even when we had family visit and watch a movie with us . Rhe neighbors were all really friendly, lots of squirrels playing in the trees we enjoyed our weekend stay ! We plan on coming back again next year ! Only downsides were no chairs to sit on the little patio we had , overall great stay ! "

"Communication with Richard our host was excellent. The home was clean and steps from the beach as advertised. My kids were very grateful for the beach toys that were provided and the outdoor shower to rinse sand off was a plus!Overall an excellent stay! I hope to visit again sometime!"
