This huge 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit goes straight through the building, the living room & king bedroom 1 are on the ocean and the guest bedrooms have their own balconies looking over the Halifax River! The ocean front balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built in Jenn Air grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves rolling in. You'll also enjoy the the large rooms, Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! Your luxury vacation awaits.
This extra large unit offers 2,900 square feet and another 600+ on the 2 balconies! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by 4 twin-sized roll away beds you can move anywhere at your leisure. Each one of these beds has an upgraded full innerspring mattress.
This and more await you at Ocean Vistas, located on the beach 1.5 miles south of the Main Street Pier and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the surf.
Starter Supplies
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guestā€™s responsibility.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

Ths property is beautiful and spacious. The older adults spent a lot of time on the large ocean side balcony enjoying the sunrises and dolphin sightings. The sunsets on the river side were amazing. The younger adults and kids spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very responsive to our questions prior to and after booking, property manager was fantastic. We did not arrive until after midnight and when she met us at the property, she was upbeat and full of energy, giving us a tour of the property and condo. While we didnt have issues at the condo, she was very responsive when asked for recommendations for local shopping, etc. Should i return to Daytona, i will definitely look for this property first.

This was a great condo with lots of room and views to enjoy. The only things we would recommend are a good deep clean and a few electronic updates. Other than that it was awesome!

There were 3 families (9 of us total) and we had plenty of space. This has been one of the better places we have stayed. Very safe, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the host was great. We couldnā€™t ask for a better experience.

Condo is very spacious with an amazing view. Loved the private entrance and heated pool. Everything was comfortable perfect for what we needed for the week. I would definitely return! The only recommendation I have is to have cleaning supplies such as counter top and dish soap/ trash bags/ paper towels. It needs a deep clean behind beds and tables and fake plants are full of dust.

My husband and I brought my parents to stay for Thanksgiving week. We throughly enjoyed our visit. My mother especially loved having her morning coffee on the beach side patio, while watching to sun rise, and my husband and I enjoyed our evening wine on our private balcony while waiting the sun set over the Halifax River!! 6 couples in 3 bedrooms. Had to draw straws because while 2 ensuite bedrooms with a porch to the west are very nice the east facing master is huge and luxurious. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked and spacious. The elevator leads to a private entry. Things like garbage are close. The beach is accessed through a secure gate. It is fun to watch folks on the beach from the large balcony and use the outdoor table for dining. This is our 2nd stay.

Beautifully appointed, spacious condo on the top floor - we watched the sunrise over the ocean with our coffee on one balcony in the morning and set over the river in the evening from the other balcony. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to stay there again but this time with friends as there is plenty of space. Not far from great restaurants too although the kitchen is large and well appointed.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We made a wonderful Thanksgiving feast in the well-appointed kitchen. The property managers are wonderful to work with as well.
