Communal pool, hot tub, gym, club level rooms, building deck and direct beach access stairs are open. Beach access also available by footpath on south side of property.
The elevator renovation project completed in May and both lifts are available.
Peck Plaza, built in 1974, retains much of its historic charm with the 29th floor restaurant and unique, low-clearance parking garage.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.
Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.
No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.
Includes two parking spaces, one in the parking garage (6' max. ceiling) and the other in the adjacent, uncovered north parking lot.
Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.
No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.
No pets of any kind allowed.
Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 25.
