Great ocean view and great location - enjoy the sun, sand and waves

Our condo has plenty of space and a beautiful 16th floor view - all in a building with nice amenities and that is convenient to everything that Daytona Beach Shores has to offer.
Our condo is perfect for families, friends and couples that want to relax and have fun.

The condo is well-equipped. The master bedroom includes a premium adjustable bed and a roll-in shower. There is enhanced cable TV throughout. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a bonus room (with sofa sleeper) that doubles as office space. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

The ocean front balcony covers the entire width of the condo and the building is right next to one of the beach ramps.

The seawall, pool deck and pool are brand new.

You will have one assigned parking spot in the garage that is on the lobby level.

In addition to an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean - with great beach views both north and south - the front of the condo has a nice view of the Halifax River and the Dunlawton Avenue Bridge.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
When you check out please do the following: Wash the towels, put them in the dryer and turn on the dryer (unless you have already washed and dried the towels)
Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher Take all of the garbage out and place it in the trash chute Put the “frog” key back under the frog in the planter box
Leave all of the other keys and the garage door opener on the small counter that is near the entrance to the kitchen Set the thermostat to 76 degrees

We had a great 3 weeks at this condo. The owner was very attentive to everything we suggested or asked. The views are fantastic, the pool is wonderfully warm and everyone was friendly and helpful. The additional den area was great for our teen. Appliances all worked and the condo was well stocked. It could use more serving bowlsbut we worked around it. I would happily go back.

We've booked several apartments in the past, and this most recent one definitely belongs in the top category. Admittedly, the condo is a bit dated, but that doesn't detract from the overall comfort. The amenities and location are excellent. We felt right at home. If anything, the garage parking space, with its inconvenient location, is a slight drawback. But I can, and did, simply leave the rental car outside. We'd gladly stay here again.

Beautiful views! Quiet and peaceful. Many great eating places within driving distance. Though the truck didn’t fit in the garage space, we always had parking space outside in the lot. Excellent response time from owner!

Fantastic ocean view! Beautiful beach. Very well appointed condo. This host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Repack. You hardly need to take anything. Chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are all there, IF you feel like leaving the balcony.Nice restaurants nearby but, if you want to cook, pots, pans, dishes all there. The host is extremely communicative if you need to reach him. We will be back.

Awesome summer vacation ! Everything was perfect, we did not want to leave. The unit was super clean and functional with everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, BBQ, beach chairs and umbrella. The owner promptly answered any questions and followed up regularly to make sure all was OK. Highly recommend this place !

perfect place

My son stayed in this condo for the first time. My 70 year old sister joined for 2 nights. They loved staying here. The condo was wonderful, clean, and what a view! Living in the area, we joined for visiting during the day. Neil was a perfect host making sure we knew every detail. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Everyone seemed so friendly.

Superb location!

Stayed 2 weeks in Niels' condo. Loved it. Walkable to numerous restaurants and a few stores. Gorgeous views of the beach and the intercoastal. Accommodations were good, beds comfortable. Numerous amenities. Would definitely return!

Very nice building, very easy communication and use of property. Minor issues taken care of immediately by Niel - everything was GREAT!! Location is good - watching the sunrise, good restaurants, good walking around, things to do for the whole family.

Wonderful stay on the beach

The condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We spent the days listening to the waves roll in. The apartment amenities were wonderful - adjustable king bed, two beds in second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was extremely convenient to all the activities we wanted to do while in the Daytona Beach area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Its unique layout made our stay with our friends more enjoyable because we had an extra sitting area for us to have a little privacy from each other. The owner, Neil, was very pleasant and so accommodating! Hope to stay again.

Excellent condo

We so enjoyed our stay in Towers Ten. The kitchen is well-stocked, as well as many items for the beach. Niel is the best communicator we have ever dealt with. When the bedroom TV didn’t work, a new one arrived and was installed in just a short time. We plan to return asap. We can’t say enough nice things!

Great stay

The owner was great and communicated well. Property was awesome (even though there was still some damage from the hurricanes) and right by a beach access. Other people at the property were very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are here.

Daytona Beach Shores T10

The property was very clean and everyone was friendly. It was a bit older than expected, but that was not a problem. The host was great. My son and I were there to stay through the holidays to look for a home to purchase for him. We had a great time, even though it rained for a week. The next week was beautiful. We have been visiting the area for 30 years. I never received any information from VRBO and I had to contact the host for how to check into the property
