"We were lucky to find this property on such short notice. Room was clean, resident staff very helpful, and communication with host was prompt. The interior decor was very good. Just a few minor details that did not affect the stay that we let the host know about. Would book there again. "

"The building looks like it should be condemned. When I arrived I thought the property was closed it was in such bad shape. There’s no way I would ever take children of any age to this property. They have a security guard park his car and stand at the front entrance in the evening. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult."

"Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...

"Everything was wonderful. The unit was clean. The view was amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was stocked adequately enough for us to be able to cook in the unit, which is sometimes not the case with some rentals. The furniture and beds were all adequately comfortable. Everything was really great."
