The views are spectacular from the large oceanfront balcony; you can view the Daytona Beach Pier 2 miles to the north and several miles of shoreline to the south; along with direct ocean views with dolphin and beachcombers. From the master bedroom, you'll see Sunrise over the Atlantic, and from the other two suites Sunset over the Halifax River. Each of our three bedrooms has its own private bath. The spectacular views start as soon as you walk into our home from a semi-private elevator, continuing through to the living room and onto a very large oceanfront private balcony. The oceanfront master suite, also offers a private entrance to the 500 square foot oceanfront balcony. The other suites open to their own private balcony where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Intercoastal Waterway.

In all there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, closet and HDTV. The living room features views of the ocean and a 75 inch LG TV with DVR. Wireless high-speed internet and a host premium TV channels is included. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, gadgets, glasses, dishes and dishwasher, microwave and convection oven.

We offer spectacular ocean views from the fitness center, the heated pool, as well as ocean views from the hot tub and fire-pit. There is a business center, a newly remodeled club room including a pool table, and a large screen TV. There is one enclosed marked parking spot with the unit, and for the months of Jun-Oct a second open space. We are proud of our multiple layers of security, with 24x7 security.

The Daytona Beach Pier is 2 miles to the north, there you'll discover several great restaurants and the Band-Shell. Our condo is about 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona International Airport, and less than 30 minutes to the LPGA Golf Courses. Within a one and one-half hour drive are many of Florida's most famous attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, the Kennedy Space Center and St Augustine.
