Great stay!

Great stay! Furniture on balcony was all rusted and Tim replaced them ASAP. He was wonderful! The furniture in condo was stained and needs to be cleaned. There were stains on the bedding and carpet as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views from condo/balcony and great pools!!

Great Getaway

Relaxing Beach Getaway within Driving Distance of Mobile

I had a conference in Mobile and was able to spend my evenings with family at the beach in Dauphin Island. Lovely stay and overall great experience!

Perfect Condo!

Condo was perfect! Wonderful views from the balcony and everything we needed for our days at the beach and pool! Had one rainy morning and it was a great just hanging out in the condo too!

Fantastic

Everything was exactly as described. Loved the location and the condo was so well upkept. As others have said the main bed was not a king and they were all pretty uncomfortable mattresses but we absolutely will be using this company and condo again in the future!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The check in and check out process was so easy. It was perfect for our girls trip. We all agreed we would come back and bring families there. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable in each bedroom.

I would not stay hereā€¦ Poorly managed property and dirty unit

This was the worst VRBO rental experience ever! There was no communication from the management company prior to arriving, except for billing notices. I sent messages through the VRBO app to the property manager asking for access code to the property and check-in directions and they were never responded to. I ended up googling the property managerā€™s office and was able to gain access after we had waited two and a half hours for a response. There was nothing at the desk but a plastic flyer that had instructions on how to get access to the keys. The 411 Unit was not as described. First of all the listing clearly states the master has a queen sized bed, but it does not. All three beds are lower quality full sized mattresses. The unit had holes in the screen, the patio furniture was tired and corroded. The grill was nasty. We ended up having to go and get supplies to clean the unit (some vacation). They only issue two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels according to the folks at the desk, itā€™s like coming to a house. Except my house has what I need. We went and purchased some additional supplies as directed. Also the kitchen did not have all the utensils necessary to cook. Mainly there was no spatula. Also the pans were worn out and dated. Not really a relaxing ā€œhome-likeā€ experience. We finally gave up after three days and left the unit. It was that bad. Overall my impression is that the property management staff here is burned-out and they really do not try and provide any level of customer service, or take any pride in the facility units and their quality nor do they care about the guestā€™s experience. They mainly put out a ā€œitā€™s the ownerā€™s problem not mineā€ attitude on customer service. Often there was no one at the desk after 3pm and they took an hour for lunch too. Save your money and try another experience because this unit 411 and staff managing the property for The Inn @ Dauphin Island was not as advertised and less than helpful.

Perfect getaway !!

The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We had an awesome view of the beach from the condo with just a short walk on the boardwalk to get to the beautiful white sand. The complex had two pools which we used daily. This is a beautiful small island with limited choices of restaurants and shops and taking basic essentials is a good idea. We discovered Greerā€™s Market about 15 miles away for groceries. Would love to come back soon.

Fabulous View

This condo was perfect for our quick weekend away. It was clean, the furniture was in good shape and the balcony view was perfect for cocktails!! To be honest, we didnā€™t use anything in the kitchen except the fridge for drinks. We took the ferry to Ft Morgan for a day trip Saturday morning and we went fishing with Red Sky fishing on Sunday. So we ate out both days. My only complaint was the sheets felt like cardboard, the pillows were flat and the towels needed to be updated. Next time, Iā€™ll bring sheets, pillows and towels.

Relaxing vacation

The property was nice with a great location. I would recommend some oven mitts and more kitchen towels. It would be nice to have a dresser in the master bedroom for clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved everything. The amenities are a little out dated. We walked in and a huge cockroach was in the kitchen and our sheets and towels were stained. Also if you expect to get into contact with the owner ASAP, donā€™t even try. Sent him 2 messages and no response. But view is amazing and everything was else was perfect
