On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall leads to a well-equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom, and internal access to the garage. The cosy sitting room offers further garden access and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings.

10-minutes from Dartmouth by car. Nearest train station is Totnes, approx 10 miles away.
Bedrooms: Bedroom three is normally made as a ‘Twin’ but do specify when booking if you require it to be set as a ‘Super king’.
Bedding: Please note, all duvets and pillows are feather, we ask that you bring your own should you be allergic and advise us in advance.
Young Children: The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.
Pets: We welcome one well-behaved pet, please include in your booking and we ask that they are not left alone in the property or allowed on the furniture.
Extended Family: Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Wells Park Barn' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.
