"My family loved our stay at Little Redlap. The house is large and gorgeous, with traditional features as well as a modern, light-filled kitchen where we spent a lot of time together. My family enjoys walking, and the house is perfectly situated for a beautiful walk into Dartmouth in one direction, and a stroll to the Green Dragon pub in Stoke Fleming in the other direction."

"We were a family group of grandparents, children, grandchildren and the house was perfect for us all. We especially liked that one young family could sleep in one area of the house and the other family in a slightly different area which avoided everyone being up once the youngest was awake. The bedrooms were all comfortable and lots of bathrooms which we love as a family. The kitchen/conservatory area is fabulous and far bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. "The house, the area, the people of Dittisham, first class. Seal House met all expectations, it is beautiful and in an idyllic setting. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. It is evident throughout the house that the owners have put a lot of thought into it filling it with gorgeous furniture and fittings. "We were a group of rowing friends coming to an event on the Dart. The house was absolutely perfect, clean, fresh, well equipped for meals at home, easy to walk into town and beautifully presented. There was a decking area at the from that caught the morning and evening sun and we sat out around the outside table. It was a perfect stay."

"A beautiful, relaxing stay between Christmas and New Year. The house was decorated just right. We've visited now during three seasons and each has proved wonderful. With crazy weather, it was terrific to have the ferries so close. I love going round the house looking at the pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings. "the property had not been prepared for us and was as left by the previous people. (this was well after 4.00 pm) it was cleaned the next day but is still 'tired' I had problems getting in touch with anyone and your app failed to work. the property is nothing like the photographs the terrace was filthy and very small. the property was damp and dark. the top shower too small to use by a tall man altogether the only good thing was the location"

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

"This cottage is in a lovely location in Dartmouth and has quite a lot of space. However, the furnishings are a little tired and there was no communication from the manager about key things like what to do with rubbish, which meant that we had to clean up after seagulls looting through rubbish on a daily basis. Comfortable beds and sofa, though one end of the sofa is very noisy! Also no heating and it was not warm in later June/early July."

"The location is fantastic for checking out all the local music venues! We really enjoyed having a private ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, even though they were on the small side. Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs so it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely tell our friends to check it out!"
