  • A beautifully presented apartment with stunning harbour views.. All on the First Floor:

    Open plan living space.

    Living area: Smart TV, Netflix, DVD Player, Patio Door Leading To Balcony

    Dining area.

    Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge

    Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating, electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room with token-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Balcony with outdoor furniture. Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking, including balcony and car park. Please note: This property does not accept children.. Top Deck is a beautifully presented first floor apartment, with an enviable position in the traditional fishing town of Brixham.



    Internally the apartment is finished to a high standard and boasts a large picture window and furnished balcony to take in the spectacular views of the harbour, town and out to sea.



    The apartment is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day!



    Several beaches can be reached within a 20-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days, these include Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.



    The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is only turned on from October to May. During this time the level of heating can be controlled by the individual apartments. There are also independently controlled convector heaters which can be used for additional heating whenever required.

We had a very enjoyable week at 6 Linden Court. The weather was cold but settled and this enabled us to go for some long walks and also enjoy some December sunshine on the balcony. The mattress was a lot softer than we are used to and unfortunately we didn't sleep well which was a pity because the location was otherwise very peaceful. Excellent Apartment

The property was spotless and furnished to a high standard. The views over Brixham Harbour were to die for. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend it.

The route to and from the harbour is far to hilly you need to declare in your jargon about London court how steep the rides are we are an older couple and found it very difficult getting up and down to the facilities, we would definitely not have booked it if there had been adequate information. We had a great stay over Easter, such a great location & the views are just amazing! The place was spotless & had everything we needed although as we had such wonderful weather it would have been nice to be able to eat on the balcony but this was just not possible, the table is not as shown in the photos & is not dining size/height. There are a few steps/hills to navigate to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb purely for the views. Overall a wonderful place to stay & lots of pubs/restaurants within walking distance to Brixham! We went on trips to Torquay & Dartmouth by boat & didn’t have to use our car one.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time. My holiday starts as soon as I see the view from the room. Everything is excellent apart from two minor points, a) tv picture keeps breaking up and b) table on verandah could be higher so we could sit down to a proper meal instead of stooping.
