Come unwind at this hilltop home, nestled in farm country, just minutes from the Delaware River and the quaint Town of Callicoon. This five bedroom and two bath house is tucked away on 8.5 acres with a beautiful, saltwater, heated pool. and central air. Start your day sipping coffee on the front porch, while taking in the misty hills and finish it with a cocktail on the back patio, enjoying a spectacular sunset. Days are best spent relaxing in the saltwater pool or just kicking back in the hammock under the trees. You will be sure to feel the hectic pace of life fade once you arrive. We look forward to your visit.

As a wedding band who travels for the majority of our events, we always look for a few things on our journeys; comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. Amyā€™s property knocked it out of the park in all three facets. We enjoyed cooking our ā€œfamilyā€ meal in the beautiful kitchen, hanging out on the porch underneath the clear night sky, and loved having individual rooms available for each of us to get some peace and quiet.Being away from home most weekends isnā€™t ideal, so stumbling across gems like this one are always a welcome surprise. This stay will be something our group looks back upon fondly for many years to come.

Wonderful vacation home

This place was perfect to my family and two other small families with young kids. The bedrooms worked out well for everyone to have their own space - the two bathrooms proved to be good despite some concerns with the number of people. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for all our cooking needs (and we love to cook!) including a good collection of spices. But the pool and backyard were the stars! My daughter loved all the bunnies and the cows next door - and the entire crew spent many many hours swimming in that lovely salt filtered pool. Communication with the host was easy and helpful from before we even arrived. What a wonderful home for a few days. Will be back for sure!

Wonderful Fathers Day Weekend

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay here. The house was very clean and organized which we appreciated, and was stocked with everything we needed; ie. Utensils, spoaps, towels laundry detergent. The property ground where extremely well kept which was impressive considering all the vegetation in the area. The pool was clean and was heated which was a great bonus since it can get pretty chilly in the evening. Every room felt like a master bedroom which made picking rooms very easy In the end we stayed for 4 days and 3 night's and left wanting to stay a few more days. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend others do as well if you enjoy beautiful sunrises/ sunsets and hanging out poolside.

Perfect stay!

I was in the Callicoon area for our niece's wedding and this house was perfect for my group that included my husband and four of my adult children and their spouses. We were able to sit around in the living room each evening and talk and play games. I was worried about all of us sharing 2 bathrooms but it worked out perfectly. The icing on the cake was getting to witness the birth of a baby calf to a cow in the field next to this property. We were able to be within a hundred feet and watched her labor until the little black calf was born. It made for a memorable and relaxing weekend around all the hustle and bustle of the wedding in Callicoon. Several of us talked about how nice it would be to come back in the summer time.

Amazing place for family

We love this house and the area with its views of the surrounding farms. This has been a place we have returned to multiple times over the years and would eagerly come back to in the future. The recent updates to the kitchen and windows/walls were excellent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's amazing property! The house is very homey and newly remodeled! So many space for a group of 10! The pool is huge and they were kind enough to heat it up for us when we requested for it last minute. 1000/10! :)

Amazing getaway

We had a wonderful family getaway. The house was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our family. The property is so peaceful, relaxing and private. Tons of outdoor space for dining and playing. The pool was wonderful and kept us entertained for hours. The owner and property manager were very responsive and attentive. They answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs. We had a wonderful stay!

I called this property heavenly!! Literally if you want peace, quiet, serenity and tranquility this is the place! Amazing scenery, great get away from the city to country living. Great for kids to run around and see friendly neighbors saying mooo in the morning or afternoon! My family and I have a wonderful stay. The pool was also an added bonus, best to beat summer heat and have some fun. Memories are built here !! Clean and inviting! Would love to come back again. The location was spectacular: not a house to be seen, one distant car per hour, a large, beautiful manicured lawn, and a large, clean swimming pool. All kitchen items were provided.
