Recharge or work from home in our Dreamy Urban Flat. This inviting space is a fusion of good city vibes and bohemian decor. Welcoming guests with fresh linens, comfortable living area, a kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, free WiFi, & access to our spa pool. Easy access to some of Dallas' favorite hotspots. In appreciation for booking, our guests can enjoy a free coffee at Toasted Coffee Shop. PLUS, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.

Cozy up in this trendy Dallas apartment; furnished with a plush queen size bed & comfortable sleeper sofa. Also enjoy our cooking and dinning essentials with stainless steel appliances in our fully stocked kitchen, as well as bathroom amenities. Plenty of closet space, reliable wifi, secured parking, and more. We always welcome every guest and enjoy hosting.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Access to gated parking and pool area.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $25 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Perfect location, not so perfect communication

Location is perfect, very close to sights, the free visit to the arboretum was wonderful. However, the lock code was changed without warning, the owner would not reply to our messages when we got locked out. Vrbo customer service helped us get back in.

Old smelly building, can hear EVERYTHING above, host completely ignoring me after requesting arefund

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was not going to write a bad review but after my experience and the complete ignorance of the host now completely ignoring the refund request I feel it’s important to share. The building is extremely outdated and old but they did work to make it look visibly appealing but overall the place is not comfortable. There is an old musty smell; it does not feel clean and you can hear EVERYTHING from the place above you. Every step they take the floor creaks and everything they say you can hear. I originally had it booked for 3 nights. After one night I was so uncomfortable, got NO sleep and the environment did not feel safe and secure I decided to reach out and express my concern. The host said she would reach out to VRBO. I heard nothing so I called VRBO myself and lo and behold nothing was reported. I have had multiple phones calls with VRBO and they won’t do a refund until the host approved it. But of course the host is declining every phone call and avoiding responding to every email VrBo has sent. I am SO disappointed in this experience and the place. IM TELLING YOU THE PHOTOS LOOK NICE BUT THE PLACE IS AWFUL. The building felt old and not safe, and overall it was dirty and the noise was terrible. DO NOT BOOK IT

Dallas Conference stay

July 5-July 11.2024 . It was just an ok stay. First, I was a little disappointed. The building is a little old and looks like it needs work on the outside . (Remodeled?upgraded) .The surrounding building around it look to be fairly new buildings. The inside of the rental was clean. Although, I did think that the space was a little bit larger from the picture and a little more modern . Check in was great. I did ask about early check in and thought I had locked myself out and the host responded to me in adequate time regarding that and other issues. Toilet was making a little noise. The maintenance guy came by but with my schedule,it was hard to get the repair done but he also needed parts so the work probably got completed after I left . I think my main problem was that the walls were very thin. I could hear all the walking upstairs and everything that dropped on the floor which did not help me rest or sleep well at all. It was not that the neighbors had anything going on, but the constant walking back and forth which they could not control. I could hear all of it. I know everyone does not use irons and boards that much but since I was attending a conference, I had suits that I needed to iron. There was a iron but no hangers and the board was the mini sized board which was a struggle. I did suggest to the host to purchase large stand up iron a and hangers I had to buy a few very inexpensive hangers while I was there . There is a locked gate. Overall, I did feel safe

Good place for a great price!!

Cozy little stay away in a secure area, very clean, and well accommodated. Only thing is that parking a bit tight and the walls are thin if someone’s yelling in the apartment next to you or walking above you. Once the pool closes at 9PM - 9AM though it’s nice and quiet.

We enjoyed everything about the stay except when we pulled back the rug to pull out the couch there was ALOT of dirt under there so I guess they never move it to clean and there are few towels to get you through many days so your constantly doing laundry on vacation! But other than that it was great and absolutely as advertised! A super cute and nice apartment!!

Not as expected

We arrived and the location was heavily under construction. Be aware that the actual images are either glory shots or photoshopped. The inside was mostly clean… except for the bed which had hairs all over it and dusty counters and nightstands with grime and more hair. When contacting the owners they would not answer until multiple calls were placed and contact was very slow. 30 mins to message about cleanup for the place. They did eventually they did have someone come clean the bed and other areas. They did great by also providing other amenities that were missing and a few “treats” as a sign of apology. Overall the place wasn't close to the point mages provided, lighting was bad, furniture was stained heavily, and internet and TVs didn't work. on the side of the washer and dryer there was rat poop and dust. We had a really hard time finding the place because the picture of the building wasn't as expected whenever we were driving the area. The walls are super thin and you can hear people stomping above you.

Nice but loud

I was recovering from surgery so I just needed a place to stay for two weeks. I was very frustrated with how thin the walls were. The first night the people above stayed up with loud music until 2:30 in the morning. I reached out to ask if I could change my reservation was I just needed to rest. There was no negotiation and it was denied without trying to be flexible and maybe relocate me or change at least part of my reservation. Luckily it was only the weekends that were loud. I can hear conversations from people outside as well as upstairs. The place is minimally stocked not that this is an issue but nice to know as so many VRBO places spoil you with extras. It was clean and convent to everything. The price was great and I guess you get what you pay for. Communication was hard because most answers were automatic and required several attempts to question.

Great and affordable, would recommend!

We came into town to watch the Stars play. This property was maybe 15 minutes from the arena downtown and way cheaper than any hotel over there. It’s located in a good spot that felt close to all the action, but never felt congested. It’s small and cozy. It felt perfect for 2 people. Way better than a stale hotel room. Communication with the owner was great. Check in and out was easy. It felt safe. The only slight negative is when we arrived it had an odd smell, I am almost certain it’s from the cleaning solution that was used prior to our arrival. But it didn’t last very long and wasn’t much of an issue at all. It was by no means a deal breaker. I am also only giving it 4/5 on location because there was a lot of noisy construction happening nearby. Not really the fault of the property, and again, a minor thing, but worth noting. All in all, I will almost certainly stay here again on my next trip to Dallas!

Really nice getaway

This was a really great spot to stay in for a Dallas visit! The host was super friendly and very responsive to any questions, and the space was very clean. The only hiccup was that the wifi did not work great, but that was easily overcome!

Very nice, comfy, and wonderful amenities!

This location was so nice! Everything you needed was there, and the location was very clean! The parking was size wise snug, but no problem at all! The nice addition of access to the Arboretum was awesome!! We got to watch the solar eclipse while at the Arboretum! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Wow and wow

It was myself and my young daughter traveling Igor a VB tournament and what a GREAT DECISION to find and stay here. The place was just as pics and CLEAN! Comfortable, quiet and close to downtown, boutiques and great eateries nearby. I hope to find this place to be available for a return visit.

Smelly room - DO NOT RECOMMEND

We stayed here for 6 days. We found an odor in the room and was given the excuse that it was from cats mating when the host originally stopped by. They had no other properties to move us in and had us take all our belongings with us the next morning to try to take the smell out. 3 people slept uncomfortably on a petite sofa bed uncomfortably. When we returned the next day, the smell was still there. So we were moved to another room. That room was fine but then we were told we had to move again back to our old location. The problem still existed so we contacted the host again. The business partner of the host came in and smelled the room and acknowledged the smell again. He told us that they would give us a partial refund. That refund was for $60 for 6 days which is crazy! We constantly had to move, slept uncomfortably, couldn’t use a portion of the unit due to the smell. I would not recommend this to anyone as you will not get a reasonable refund back if there is a problem with your room, constantly have to move/take your belongings out for them to set up ozone machines that do not work. They will not be reasonable. I don’t recommend.
