"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!"

"Incredibly convenient location, just a very short walk to the train station. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big enough for us. Only thing I would say to be aware of is that the 3 floors are divided by a single staircase that is a bit narrow and steep. There is a Lawson right down the road, on the way to the train station. Excellent for when you're coming back late at night. The Lawson is a great pickup/drop-off spot for taxis if you need a ride."

"一開始差點找不到，其實從東急大井町線戶越公園車站（OM-03)雖然距離遠一點點但是相對比較好走。 房東回覆訊息速度快，房屋設備超級齊全，空間也很大，洗衣機是洗脫烘，每天洗衣服就不需要帶太多衣服，房間衣架很多，廚房的廚具鍋具非常齊全，還有微波爐、烤箱、大餐桌，真的有讓人回到家的感覺，以後有機會一定會再到這邊住宿。"

"This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

"We had a little bit of hard time finding the property because there was two different house numbers listed (from the website and from the actual paper on the front door). After getting inside, I didn’t realize just how steep the stairs were. It made it pretty difficult carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. Once we got into the room, the inside looked a lot different from the photos on the listing. There was only one bed and it was actually a lot smaller than the photos made it seem. The...

"友人宅が近所なので息子と2人で利用しました。3部屋ですが2段ベットがあるのでリビングのソファーを利用すれは10名位は泊まれそうで私達には広すぎました笑。 大人数の宿泊ならコスパがいいと思います。 ビーチは徒歩１分、逗子駅も徒歩10分位で立地は良いのに住宅街なので静かです。 残念な点はお風呂の脱衣場のアコーデオンカーテンがきちんと閉まらず開いてしまうので困ったのと家の前の道幅が狭くて大型車は注意が必要です。"
