"Pros: I love the location. Had it not been raining, I could have walked from the house to anywhere downtown. It's very close to the arts center. The kitchen is well equipped for making and serving meals. The house is decorated tastefully. Cons: I could not text or call from the property even with wifi. "The views are so beautiful from the outside of the Lakeside Lookout. Upon opening the door it was obvious that Steven and Kathy really care about so many details. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the dock and swimming in the beautiful water. "Many issues stated in previous reviews are unresolved. Smoke alarms are missing, expired fire extinguisher, poor quality cookware, substandard furniture. The bunk bed in the basement is unusable for two people because it is not sturdy. The gas grill caught on fire because of all the residual grease and the grease tray ended up dropping out of the grill due to its poor condition. The property manager offered to bring us a new grill so hopefully the next guests won’t have this issue. Numerous...
