"What a great spot to stay while exploring the Seward area! We had a feeling of being away from it all in a private mountain cabin and yet only 10 minutes to boat tours, helicopter dogsled tours, great restaurants, Alaska Sealife Center, and the harbor. It was wonderful coming back to use the sauna after being on the 6 hour boat tour to the glacier! We saw bald eagles as we sat on the deck! Perfect location! "

"The house and location were perfect. The place was clean, well stocked with everything we need to do some cooking. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% go back and stay here again. The only thing I would have liked would be if the bed in the back bedroom was more comfortable, but I am spoiled with a good mattress at home and do tend to have a hard time sleeping comfortably anywhere we go so it might not seem that bad to others. "The two-night stay was great, in a calm and quiet place, even though it was close to the Alaska Railway. The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions.
