"Our first VRBO experience was a WIN! What a beautiful place! CLEAN and private. Spacious and bright - We loved the giant window! The bed was super comfy! Just like ours at home. Convenient to everything - the Ingles next door was a life saver! Lauren was so helpful with check-in and dining suggestions in the area. The only cons - small shower - (my husband is big and tall). "Property was awful, we thought the building was condemned when we arrived, there was caution tape everywhere, there was water leaking everywhere, and smelled like mold. We never even checked in cause of the conditions of the building and had to stay elsewhere."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The host has made this a comfortable, well thought out place, with everything I needed. The kitchenette was well supplied for my simple breakfast. And communication was quick and helpful. The nearby yacht club, with Tennessee River and Mountain Views, was a very nice place for dinner. I would be happy to stay again if the opportunity comes up."
