"Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

"Friendly staff, nice spacious room, great breakfast. Our only complaint would be the guests / children in the room above us were so loud. Running and jumping through the room very late into the night and again early the next morning."

"Breakfast was good. Only one washer and dryer for the whole facility. Made it hard for a team to stay here."

"I’m not a fan of the bathroom layout: very narrow shower and even the toilet seemed extra low. Our a/c unit was very noisy. Was disappointed to see huge carpet stains outside the 3rd floor elevators, and lots of smeary handprints in the elevator."

Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. "The staff was just incredibly nice. The only thing I would suggest is a way to tip housekeepers electronically. No one carries cash anymore and a lot of hotels offer this option."

"The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod."
