Downtown Crested Butte offers amazing local restaurants, coffee shops, and gorgeous parks. Some of the must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive or bike ride include Center For The Arts Crested Butte, Rainbow Park, Crested Butte Nordic, Snodgrass Trailhead, and Brush Creek Trailhead.

The home has an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Built to the passive house standard, the house is warm and comfortable even on the coldest, below-zero days. A heat recovery ventilator brings in filtered fresh mountain air. Relax after a day outdoors in front of the Samsung OLED smart TV or stream music as the group's chef treats everyone to a delicious meal prepared in the well-appointed, modern kitchen. Enjoy the covered front patio with seating and the spacious back patio for outdoor dining, in the warmer months. Additional perks include WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer, board games, toys, and puzzles to keep the young and old occupied, and a bathtub in one bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
