"It is a great hotel and the staff and support was great.the food lovely but remember to book in advance for evening meal."
"As soon as we entered the room and opened the bathroom door there was an awful smell of wet dirty rag and the floor was wet. A member of staff offered to apply some airfreshner which did not solve the problem at all, it just hid it for a while. I think it was the bathtub drain. Remote controls were sticky and they wiped them after requested. "This hotel is.....a Fairmont hotel after all. You will have a very spacious room, all the amenties you can imagine (including nespresso capsules in your room) and a wonderful bathroom where you can relax from your day. Not to mention the spa, of course.
